Meet the Potters

Kathy Lyles - Kathy works as a science teacher during the day and turns pots in the evenings and  on weekends. 
Kathy loves figuring out new glazes and techniques. One of her favorite techniques is firing in reduction in her electric kiln. Kathy has been turning pots since 1984.


Margie Agnew- Margie works full time as a potter and owns and operates her studio and gallery in Bethel, North Carolina. Margie's Mudd gallery showcases the art work of several local artists in multiple mediums. Margie also offers hand building classes. 

Kathy and Margie both love to take workshops, especially crystalline workshops.
